Sheldon Pop Warner families,
As some of you know due to equipment and staff shortages during our last walk in registration, unfortunately, we were forced to cancel our planned gear hand out on June 12th. Now that the gear that was previously placed on order has arrived we will be holding an equipment handout on Monday July 15th from 5:30-7:30. Also, if you registered online or did not receive a specific piece of gear at our May 18th gear handout such as a helmet or game or practice pants you can pick it up on July 15th.
We ask if you have any equipment exchanges that you hold of until our team meeting days which are scheduled for July 24th and 25th. The equipment locker will be open at the conclusion of the team meetings and you will be able to exchange any gear that is damaged or does not fit at that time. Please make sure your player has tried on all of their gear prior to the team meetings so we can take care of all equipment exchanges at that time so they are done prior to the start of practice.
We will also be accepting registration paperwork on July 15th, this will serve as the last opportunity for families to avoid online registration and turn in registration documentation in person. Just a note, scholarships will not be available at this time as the June 12th walk in registration was the final opportunity to apply for a scholarship.
